The purpose of the consultancy is to work with the Ministry of Health, specifically the Assistant Commissioner of the National Malaria Control Division, the Lead Consultant on the Malaria Elimination Strategy, and partners, to lead the writing of the Uganda Malaria Elimination Strategy, participating in the strategy discussions and incorporating feedback from partners on the strategy as well as dissemination of the final strategy. The consultant's primary role is outlined in the Terms of Reference.
